Support, advice and emergency intervention work with homeless people. General advice, housing advice, welfare rights, re-settlement, furniture and equipment, and money advice.
Client group: homeless people especially the street homeless, and ex-homeless people.
Volunteers required for:
- Outreach and resettlement - help people access accommodation, and information and support to maintain their tenancy
- Administration - phone and office work

Induction training boundaries & listening skills, drug awareness, sex worker training, mental health awareness
