Advice and support for elderly people. Advice and casework in welfare benefits. Initial advice and referral in housing, community care, residential care rights, and general advice.
Client group: elderly people and carers of elderly people across Manchester.Volunteers required for:
- Updating & researching new information
- Completing benefit forms (Attendance Allowance /Disability Living Allowance)
- Home visits

How much time do I have to give? When will I be working?
You must be able to work one full day a week. The service is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
