Trainer: Greater Manchester Pay and Employment Rights Advice Service
Aim: To demonstrate a basic understanding of employment rights and the action workers can take if their rights are denied.
By the end of the day you will be able to understand:
- The difference and relationship between statutory and contractual employment rights
- The procedural steps required by the statutory grievance procedure
