As an IT training suite is used to deliver this course, the number of places will be limited.
Trainer: Manchester Advice
Aim: To feel confident about using the benefit calculator.
By the end of the session you will be able to:
- Understand the limitations of the calculator
- Do simple calculations on the calculator
- Know what the different areas of the screen and the "buttons" along the top and bottom do
Level of expertise: Intermediate
The course is aimed at advice workers with a good working knowledge of the benefit system and manual calculations but who do not feel confident about using the benefit calculator.
