This course is aimed at people who wish to develop their training skills.
Course programme:
Delegates work, over the first three days, on putting together a training course which can be based on an actual/planned training project from the workplace. Day 4 involves delivery of a short presentation.
Accreditation and assessment The course is Manchester Advice accredited . Assessments are built into the courses. Students are awarded certificates based on their attendance and participation in the training, and their successful completion of assignments.
