We want to be able to answer your Welfare Benefits query as fully as possible. To help us do this, please include as many of the following details in your email as you can:
- Who else lives with you and their ages (for example: your partner, children, other adults etc).
- What money you (and your partner if you have one) have coming in (include benefits, tax credits, wages, pensions etc).
- If you are working, how many hours you work each week.
- Whether anyone in your household has a disability or illness.
- If you are unhappy about a decision on your claim, the date on the letter telling you about the decision.
