Which is the Best Smoke Alarm?
All smoke alarms sold must meet the British Standard. Check there is a "kitemark" on the package. There is no real difference between the different brands. If you do fit a smoke alarm, be sure to change the battery once a year or when it runs down. The alarm will probably beep when it needs a new battery.
